Information You Submit
Terms entered in searches
A name, location, or other detail entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages sent to us
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details needed to respond. We do not disclose a message outside our organization unless the law requires it.
Automatic Technical Information
Routine technical records may be created when a page loads. They can include:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring website, when available; and
- date and time stamps.
Cookies
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. Most browsers let you reject or remove them. Blocking cookies may cause some site or partner features to work differently.
How Information Is Used
- Operate the site and maintain reasonable performance.
- Send search requests to the selected partner service.
- Understand which pages visitors find useful.
- Diagnose errors, abuse, and other technical problems.
- Present advertising that may reflect a visitor's interests.
Websites Beyond Our Control
Links may lead to Spalding County records services, the Sheriff's Office, Georgia corrections resources, federal locators, or outside search providers. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy applies.
Some advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That processing occurs on their systems, not ours.
Who May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be available to:
- search partners that must process a submitted query;
- analytics providers that measure site use;
- advertising networks serving or measuring ads; and
- law-enforcement or government authorities acting under a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful demand.
Reasonable Security Measures
We use customary safeguards suited to the information we handle. No website, network, or storage method can be guaranteed secure, however, so we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information, contact us through the Contact Us page so a deletion request can be reviewed.
